Scope
Polaris is engaged to complete the construction, installation, erection, and commissioning of the permanent crushing, screening, and stockpile reclaim at the Bald Hill lithium and tantalum mine, 105 km south-east of Kalgoorlie, including:
- Primary jaw crusher
- Secondary, tertiary, and quaternary cone crusher
- Secondary vibrating screen station
- Rock breaker, ROM bin, surge bins, chute works, structural steel
- Self-cleaning electromagnets
- Interconnecting conveyors; and
- Stockpile reclaim tunnel with pan feeders
- Control room
- Dust collection systems
- Cross-belt sampler
- LV substations and downstream reticulation to motor control centres
- All associated mechanical and electrical equipment; and
- All necessary non-process infrastructure
The new crushing and screening circuit will produce 1.2 Mt/a of spodumene ore.
